Troubleshooting

By default the installer takes care of all the setups needed in order to run the game on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. If you do have some issues, before you contact us for help, please make sure you have the next points checked:

1. Make sure you have the newest drivers for your graphics card installed.
2. If you have a single user operation system, and already running under administrator privileges, run the program with “Run as administrator”.
3. Windows Vista and Windows 7 might cause some trouble because of the folder access policies. If the game won’t start feel free to move the installed game from “Program Files” to some other folder (E.g. c:\games\…) and run it from there, or already install the game in a folder that is not part of the “Program Files” hierarchy.
4. It depends how your system is set up. The access rights might cause some problems if your current windows user has no administrator rights. To install the game you will also require administrator privileges. Contact your local administrator for help, or if you do have administrator privileges see to install the game in a folder that is not in the “Program Files” structure, like suggested in 2.
